APPLICATIONS Module
• Application programs connected to DocSite, including APP for cell phones.
 
• Add-Ins for Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook, for direct connection between these applications and the DocSite / ESPAIDER cloud. Files can go directly from MICROSOFT OFFICE products to Docsite / ESPAIDER. There is no intermediate step between creating the document and then archiving it. The document is already designed archived in the system.
 
• Folder: application program installed on the user's workstation, compatible with Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS, which monitors a directory for automatic file synchronization with the DocSite cloud.
